Clare College has received a platinum award in the 2016-2017 Green Impact Awards. The Awards are part of the University of Cambridge’s Green Challenge which aim to improve sustainability across the University. Discover more about the Cambridge Green Challenge on their website.
The Cambridge Green Challenge has been a great success over the last five years that many participating teams achieved the Gold Award in 2015-2016. As a result, a Platinum award was introduced this year for those teams that went beyond the criteria required for a Gold award. The Clare College team was delighted to be awarded the Platinum award for their efforts towards sustainability in 2016-2017.
In addition, the College was awarded an Excellence Award for its project to map biodiversity of the College grounds.
